Oral SurgeonHis special interests have centered around the treatment of patients with dental implants, the surgical correction of jaw and facial growth abnormalities, pathology, reconstructive bone grafting and the removal of wisdom teeth. He and Dr. Sullivan founded the Chesapeake Dental Implant Study Club in 1992 which sponsors continuing education seminars for the professional community. Volunteerism has always been a part of Dr. Walzer’s life. Over the years he has volunteered his surgical skills to help those in need on missions to Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. Locally he has also donated his time to treat patients at the Stanton Center Dental Outreach Clinic.
